Based on our initial consultation, I’ll provide you with a personalized health plan fully tailored to your needs. We can also have an optional 15-30 minute call to discuss the plan before you get started.

We’ll meet weekly to discuss your questions and support you on your way to better health.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Before an Appointment

You will receive a detailed health questionnaire to fill out, which will provide me with relevant information about your current health and areas we need to focus on. You will also complete a one-week food diary, so I can assess your current dietary habits. Optionally, you can provide me with blood test results, if any.

Initial Consultation

A comprehensive review of your medical history, dietary and lifestyle habits, results of any medical testing and your health goals. I may suggest additional testing or refer you to your doctor regarding specific health issues.

Receive Your Plan

You will receive a personalised health plan fully tailored to your needs. It will include detailed recommendations on diet/nutrition, including the recipes, and lifestyle. It may also include supplements with brands, dosages, and regimen.

Implementation Stage

We will have weekly check-in calls to discuss your progress, questions and/or concerns, and I’l also provide you with my feedback regarding your food diary. Also, you will have an opportunity to message me with any questions during the time we work together.
